These certifications are issued based on the assessment standards, quality benchmarks, and review processes of the respective external organization at the time of certification.

Scope of External Accreditation

IAT’s association with an external accrediting body is strictly limited to the scope defined at the time of course approval.
Such external accreditation or certification does not imply:

• Statutory recognition by regulatory bodies in India (e.g., University Grants Commission [UGC], Rehabilitation Council of India [RCI], All India Council for Technical Education [AICTE]), unless explicitly stated.

• Equivalence to degrees, diplomas, or statutory professional licenses issued under Indian law.

• Guarantee of acceptance for employment, higher education, or immigration purposes in any jurisdiction.

Learners are encouraged to independently verify the recognition status of any third-party certification with employers, licensing agencies, or educational institutions if required.

Validity and Continuity

External certifications issued through IAT are subject to the continuing membership or recognition status between IAT and the External Accrediting Body.
If any such association is discontinued, withdrawn, suspended, or modified:

• Previously issued certificates shall remain valid as per the terms applicable at the time of issuance.

• IAT shall not be responsible for retrospective changes in recognition, value, or conditions imposed by external organizations.

Intellectual Property and Branding

All trademarks, logos, seals, and branding associated with External Accrediting Bodies used by IAT are under their respective ownership and are used under license or fair usage principles where applicable.
IAT makes no claim of ownership over any third-party mark or trademark.

Learners must refrain from independently using the names, logos, or marks of such accrediting bodies outside of the context of their awarded certificates without prior authorization.

Geographic Use and Limitations

External certifications offered through IAT are issued under the jurisdiction and policies of the originating accrediting body.
Where an accrediting body’s trademarks, standards, or certifications are not formally registered or enforced in India, IAT uses such certifications in a descriptive and factual manner for informational purposes without intent to misrepresent or infringe.

Disclaimer of Liability

While IAT endeavors to partner with credible and reputed External Accrediting Bodies, it disclaims liability for:

• Future changes in policies, recognition, operational status, or market reputation of any external body.

• Misinterpretation by learners, employers, or third parties regarding the nature or scope of external certifications.

• The outcome of any accreditation, immigration, employment, or academic equivalence application made by the learner using an externally certified course.
